Bulgaria's weather service has issued a Code Yellow warning over heavy winds along the Black Sea coastline on Monday.
Northeastern winds will grow stronger throughout the day in all three coastal regions, namely Varna, Burgas and Dobrich.
Occasional gusts at a speed of 14-17 m/s are expected in the evening.
Maximum temperatures are not expected to go beyond 9 and 14 degrees across the country on Monday.
