As of September 21 until October 11, Bulgarian citizens who wish to vote abroad in the presidential elections and the referendum on November 6 can file their declarations electronically.
The electronic declaration is available on the website of the Central Election Commission.
Besides electronically, declarations may be submitted in written form in person or by post to the corresponding embassy or consular mission.
The deadline for submitting the declarations to vote abroad is October 11, 2016, included, and declarations filed electronically must be received by 24:00 Bulgarian time.
