The construction of the first ever skyscraper in Bulgaria will most probably begin by the end of 2016.
The building will be 202 meters high and will offer 40 000 square meters of offic space, which will host 3500 people altogether.
The total investment will be in the amount 100 million euro and construction is expected to end in five years time.
