Bulgaria: Top Management of Road Infrastructure Agency Replaced

The Northern Speed Tangent of Sofia, a high-speed road bypassing the capital, is sealed off to traffic as of Monday, the Road Infrastructure Agency of Bulgaria has said.
The road will be closed due to the construction of a stretch of the Western Arc of Sofia Ringroad.
Vehicles en route to Sofia Ring Road from Hemus Motorway will be barred from using the Sofia Northern Speed Tangent, the agency says.
Bypass routes for the nearby villages of Mramor, Dobroslavtsi and Zhiten will be available via the towns of Kostinbrod and Novi Iskar.
