The death toll from Saturday’s suicide bombing in the Turkish city of Gaziantep has increased to 54, Hurriyet daily has reported.

Three people who were receiving treatment at hospitals succumbed to their injuries in the early hours of Monday, according to hurriyetdailynews.com

Twenty-nine of the victims of blast have been identified as persons under the age of 18. A total of 44 victims have been identified so far.

Police have said they found pieces of a suicide vest at the scene of the explosion which targeted a wedding party in the city in southeastern Turkey.
