Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov defending his idea of turning the Black Sea into a demilitarized zone.
Borisov is referring to Solomon Passy, the former Foreign Minister and President and Founder of the Atlantic Club in Bulgaria, who has long been known for his tough stance on Russia's activities in Ukraine and the incorporation of Crimea in 2014.
