Mass Shooting Outside New York Club Adds to String of Recent Attacks
A shooting outside a nightclub in Queens, New York City, left at least 10 people injured late Wednesday night, according to the New York Police Department
A gunman killed about 20 people inside a nightclub in Orlando, Florida, CNN reported on Sunday, citing police sources.
At least 42 people have been transported for medical treatment. Police have stormed Pulse nightclub and shot the gunman dead.
The gunman, whose identity was not immediately released, “may have leanings” toward radical Islam, Foxnews quoted an FBI as saying when asked whether the suspect had ties to Jihadist terror groups. The motive for the shooting remains unknown.
Pulse nightclub describes itself as "the hottest gay bar" in Orlando, according to CNN.
