Bulgaria's Dimitrov Seeks Recovery at Madrid Open

Grigor Dimitrov, Bulgaria's highest-ranking tennis player, is to face Pablo Carre?o (Spain) at the Madrid Open tournament on Monday.
Having defeated Carre?o a total of three times with no single loss, Dimitrov thus hopes to overcome the heavy blow he suffered in Istanbul on Sunday.
Dimitrov then failed to win the last game he needed to grab the title, letting Argentinian Diego Schwartzman overtake.
In case of defeating Carre?o, the Bulgarian player will either face Gilles Simon or Marcos Baghdatis, having a considerably better record against the former than against the latter.
Dimitrov won some points as a result of making it to the final in Istanbul, moving a spot up (to 28th) in the ATP rankings as of May 03.
