Panama Papers: Cartoon Humor

The Panama Papers affair, with millions of documents leaked out of law firm Mossack Fonseca showing world leaders and businesses' offshore dealings, has already become the subject of series of jokes and cartoons.

Here are several of them.

A Twitter user mocking Russia's President (by pretending to be his cat, has also noted:

"If I am paid USD 100 M, I will tell where [Russian President Vladimir] Putin hid his billions.

I am giving a first hint: on March 14, at the Baikonur [Cosmodrome], a mission to Mars was launched."

The joke is an apparent reference to the absence of the name of Putin (who is allegedly connected to some individuals in the Panama Papers) in the list, as well as to unconfirmed reports released in the past years that the Russian head of state's personal fortune amounts to more than USD 36 B.
