This is forecasted by consulting agencies specialising in education in western Europe, private bTV station informs.
Experts are predicting catastrophic drop in the number of applicants to Bulgarian universities this year.
Representatives of some of the most prestigious European universities are regularly organising fairs for recruitment of Bulgarian high school graduates interested in studying abroad.
There is a record number of Bulgarian high school graduates who have no intention of applying to Bulgarian universities this year.
Many Bulgarian students are complaining of the outdated curriculum and lack of adequate educational facilities in Bulgarian universities.
