It seem I saw our President in Rio de Janeiro dressed as a hefty Bulgarian women during the Carnival Fantasy.

I almost pinched his or her butt.

It seems the President will visit Brazil during Carnival.

Parties, Sex, Alcohol and Beaches is not conducive for diplomacy and Bulgaria.

The visit should take place at a more conservative date.
