The Bulgarian Mihail Alexandrov broke the national 400 m medley swim record. He finished sixth with time of 4:15:02 minutes at the swimming championships in Germany's Riesa. Alexandrov broke the record of Daniel Kalchev from 1991, which was 4:19:38 minutes. Mihail trains in the United States. His trainer and father is the famous Bulgarian swimmer Plamen Donchev.
