Council of Bulgarian Presidents Due on Monday

Bulgaria's Incumbent President Rosen Plevenliev and his predecessors are set to convene for a joint session on Monday.
The meeting will take place for a fourth year in a row, at the initiative of Plevneliev, the President's Press Office has said.
It will bring to the Presidency the former Head of State, Georgi Parvanov (2002-2012) and his predecessor Petar Stoyanov (1997-2002).
For the first time the meeting will take place without Zhelyu Zhelev, the first democratically elected President since the Communist rule ended late in 1989, who, passed away on January 30.
