INTERIOR MINISTRY CHIEF SECRETARY APPOINTED

President Stoyanov signed the decree for the appointment of Boyko Borisov for Chief Secretary in the Interior Ministry. It is # 2 position in the ministry. `I signed the decree because of the firm support of the Prime Minister, Interior Minister and all government members who will closely work with #2 in the ministry, ` President Stoyanov said for journalists. Boyko Borisov is currently Director of the private Yppon Security company. He also used to be guard of Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg and guard of the former Bulgarian communist dictator Todor Zhivkov after he was overthrown at the end of 1989.
