Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) head Mihail Mikov commenting on a letter PM Boyko Borisov boasted about [BG] on Friday.
Sent by EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, it voices the latter's "extraordinary gratitude" for Bulgaria's move to support the use of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) to provide bridge funding to Greece.

"I thank you wholeheartedly! I hope that we will meet again very soon, " Juncker concludes his message which is signed by "Jean-Claude".
