A man has died when an old hotel building collapsed during demolition works at Saints Konstantin and Elena resort on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast, Nova TV reported.
The deceased man was member of a team of workers hired to take down the disused Veronika Hotel in Slanchev Den holiday complex at the resort about 10 km north of the city of Varna.
Rescue teams are searching the site for another three people who are missing after the incident.
The 11-storey hotel building collapsed while the workers were doing their job inside, according to Nova TV.
