US Secretary of State John Kerry has got together with British Foreign Minister Philip Hammond while in Sofia, Kerry himself has tweeted.

The two counterparts have discussed "a number of key issues".
John Kerry is on a visit to Bulgaria on Thursday, a day after Hammond held his official meetings here.
