Whenever anyone experience any one of the feelings mentioned earlier, first of all try to change your surroundings like if you are sitting in a room, move out in fresh air, it brings a soothing effect on your body and soul, if it is darkness that sets the mood in, come into the sunlight.
Exercise regularly, but that does not mean that you should start exercising madly or insanely, try to maintain your routine and light regular exercise will help you a lot. Most of the people have some interests and hobbies try to busy yourself with these hobbies and interests and avoid negative thinking, always be optimistic and try to look at the bright side of the picture, one can always find reasons for hope and optimism. Working in the soil, use of some herbs, massage, has very calming effect on certain people, try anyone of these that suits your individual situations.
Try to involve yourself in community work as helping others gives us a strange sense of satisfaction. Try to discuss your problems with your family and friends.
