Bulgaria’s centre-right-GERB and right-wing Reformist Bloc (RB) on Thursday signed an agreement to form a coalition government.
The agreement was signed by GERB leader Boyko Borisov and RB’s two co-leaders Meglena Kuneva and Radan Kanev.
