Four Lion Cubs Born In Varna Zoo

Four lion cubs were born in Varna zoo on October 16, reports the website Live.Varna.bg.
The cubs are born to the residents of the zoo – the lioness Kosara and the lion Simba.
“We haven't had that many lion cubs born at once in at least 20 years,” the zoo director Ivanka Stoyanova said. “Usually are born two at most and they were looked after by the zookeepers, not the mother. We still haven't established the cubs' sex, as the mother is very protective.”
The little lions will be shown to the general public after they turn 40 days.
