Bulgaria: President Plevneliev to Open 10th World Meeting of Bulgarian Media Photo by BGNES.

Bulgaria's President Rosen Plevneliev will open the 10th World Meeting of Bulgarian Media at the Central Military Club in Sofia, Monday.

The traditional forum brings together journalists from Bulgaria and abroad. The annual event will be take place between October 19 and 23 at three different locations -Sofia and the Serbian towns of Bosilegrad and Tsaribrod (Dimitrovgrad), which are home to Bulgarian communities,Bulgarian Telegraph Agency reports.

The event will be attended by over 40 representatives of Bulgarian newspapers, magazines and news websites, radio stations and television channels based in 20 countries.

The meeting agenda will focus on matters relevant to the Bulgarian media abroad.
