Bulgaria: Today's Quote Petar Volgin

"The protesters' discourse has turned into a semiofficial one. Journalists are to fight semiofficial organs, regardless of whether they are on 1 Dondukov, 2 Dondukov or the square in front of the National Assembly."

Bulgarian journalist Petar Volgin commenting on his critical position for protesters against the former "Oresharski" cabinet, a position for which he has repeatedly come under fire from colleagues and also from the Council for Electronic Media (CEM), which temporarily stopped his show on the Bulgarian National Radio for being "one-sided".

Note: The above mentioned locations, 1 Dondukov and 2 Dondukov Blvd, are the addresses of the Council of Ministers and the Presidency in Sofia, respectively.
