If elections for European Parliament were held today, in Bulgaria the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) would get 19.2% of votes, shows a poll of Sova Harris agency.
According to the survey, quoted by Bulgaria’s Presa daily, the opposition center-right GERB would get 17% of the votes and the ethnic Turkish party DPS would get 6.2%.
On fourth position, with 5.5% is the party of the journalist-turned-politician Nikolai Barekov, Bulgaria Without Censure (BWC), and on fifth is the Reformist Block with 4.1%.
The survey finds that 58% of voters plan on casting their ballot, which, according to the polling agency, is unusually high activity for Bulgaria in European elections.
If the declared electoral activity remains the same, BSP and GERB would get six seats each, DPS and BWC would get two each and the Reformist Block would get one.
