Every evening, between 10 and 15 November 2002, Seasons Restaurant at the Hilton Sofia offers a culinary journey through Sweden. The Swedish culinary week will begin on Sunday, November 10, with Swedish specialties served on the Hilton Brunch buffet. Throughout the week guests can enjoy Swedish dishes served buffet and a la carte in Seasons and Swedish snacks in Artists Bar & Cafй. The Swedish specialties will be prepared by the guest chefs Joachim Eriksson and Marina Persson, from Hilton Stockholm Slussen. A selection of herrings, pea soup with pork, smoked reindeer with horseradish and Swedish cheese cake with raspberry sauce will be among the exclusive offerings.
