Bulgaria's Yankov 25th in Men's Parallel Giant Slalom Qualifier

Bulgaria's Radoslav Yankov finished 25th in the men's parallel giant slalom qualification event at the Sochi Olympics.

24-year-old Yankov clocked a total time of 1:42.08 minutes and failed to make it to the 1/8 finals.

Russia's Andrey Sobolev posted the fastest combined time of 1:35.62 minutes.

The last one to qualify for the 1/8-finals was Austria's Andreas Prommegger with a total time of 1:39.76 minutes.

Yankov's participation in Sochi will continue Saturday morning in the giant slalom qualifications, according to Sega daily.
