This situation is related to the hysteria started up by some Europeans in connection with the fact that Ukraine, exercising its sovereign right, decided at the present moment not to sign some agreement that Ukrainian authorities and experts considered as not beneficial for their country. Our position is very simple: this is a matter of Ukraine's own sovereign choice. We are calling for the avoidance of all unwarranted actions that could breach acting legislation. We would like to see the situation fully return in its constitutional framework."
