Please Correct Article about ESU, Student Protest

Letters to the Editor | November 18, 2013, Monday // 13:58

Dear Sir/Madam,

Yesterday you published an article about student protests in Bulgaria that contains misinformation about the European Students' Union. The article states that we support an occupation demonstration at one of the country's universities.

This is incorrect. We have never said that we support a certain occupation. Our statement says that we support the rights of all Bulgarian students to express themselves.

Your article is taken out of context and is not according to the statement we issued on this topic. We would kindly ask you to correct your article as soon as possible according to our statement. Please find the original version of our statement HERE.

Best regards,

Robert Hlynur Baldursson,

Communications Manager at ESU
