A concert of Theodosii Spassov quartet was the closing part of the celebrations that marked the tenth year since the establishment of the office of UNDP in Bulgaria. The concert took place on Saturday in the National Theater "Ivan Vazov." The quartet got a standing ovation after their thrilling performance. The Bulgarian composer and kaval player Theodosii Spassov blends in his musical compositions the traditions of folklore with the latest developments of other musical genres ranging from jazz to classic. The concert of Bulgarian ethno music was organized by the UNDP country office not only to mark its tenth anniversary but also to commemmorate the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.
