British families with restricted budgets who still would like to have a summer house somewhere abroad, should abandon the expensive properties in Spain and look into the opportunities available in Bulgaria, the British TV Channel 4 advised. The TV broadcast reported on the plans of an aged British family who are currently trying to make the best choice among four available real estates in Bulgaria - a sea-side summer house, a village house, a luxury apartment in Varna and a traditional old-style farm. The seaside summer house, situated close to Nessebar, has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large sitting room, a basin and a huge garden. According to Channel 4, the price is offered for USD 56,000. The problem is that foreigners are still not allowed to buy real estates in Bulgaria, the TV warned. However, this obstacle could be avoided by simply establishing a company registered according to the Bulgarian legislation, the TV report said.
