The second caretaker cabinet led by Dimitar Glavchev was formally sworn in before the National Assembly today
Bulgaria's former Tsar and Prime Minister, Simeon Saxe-Coburg, has praised the Socialist PM nominee and former Finance Minister, Plamen Oresharski, calling him a top-notch professional with own opinion and grasp of any situation.
Saxe-Coburg visited Tuesday the new building of the Spanish Cultural Institute "Cervantes" in Sofia. The event was hosted by Spanish Ambassador H.E. Jose Luis Tapia and the Institute's team.
"As a former PM, I can only hope that Bulgaria's new Cabinet would move forward and make its own contributions. Criticism is not always necessary, but, regretfully, this is the Bulgarian way. I learn the information about the members of the new government mainly from the media, but those whom I know are very prepared for the job ahead. I would not be giving advice, especially before the media," said the former Tsar.
