Patients at a mental institution in Sofia are watching the evening news. Now and again a man sitting in the first row jumps up, clapping his hands happily and starts saying:
“It’s so good I am here, not there! It’s so damn good!”
Upon seeing that behavior for yet another night, a doctor tells his colleague:
“I think that guy is perfectly ok already, it’s time to release him, don’t you think?”
“Yes, definitely,” the other replies.
