Bulgarian Sports Minister Petar Stoychev has congratulated Grigor Dimitrov on his spectacular victory against Novak Djokovic, stating that the youngster has the potential to become world No. 1.

“The day is not far when Dimitrov will become the world’s best player,” Stoychev told reporters on Wednesday.
