Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borisov paid an official visit to the UK and conferred with the Queen. Borisov asked the queen what is her secret to the perfect governance of her country.

"It's an easy task. The only thing you need are clever people around you. Just like my Prime Minister David Cameron. One day I asked him to come over and asked him: "If your father has a child and your mother has a child, but it's neither your sister nor your brother, who is it then?" Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borisov answered:

Once Borisov returned to Bulgaria, he called his closest ally – Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov.

Borisov agreed.

After hearing the question, President Plevneliev said:

"Well, that must be me."

Happy that he finally knows the answer to the prime minister's question, Tsvetanov ran to Borisov's office and chirped:

"I know the answer!"

Borisov said:

"Ok, so who is that person?"

"This is President Rosen Plevneliev!"

Borisov slapped his forehead in exasperation.
