A pensioner from Sofia calls an elderly friend in the town of Kyustendil.
- I just heard on the news it was freezing cold in Kyustendil. They said it was 19C below zero! Are you ok?
- Oh, I am ok! It is just 10C below zero, not 19...
- Well, this is what they said on the news...
- Well, it may be 15C below zero, but outside!
