Former Kosovo PM and KLA commander Ramush Haradinaj has been for the second time acquitted by the Hague International Criminal Tribunal on all counts for war crimes during the 1998-9 Kosovo war.
Ramush Haradinaj was voted Kosovo PM 2004, but served only 100 days before indicted by the Criminal Tribunal.
He was accused of ethnical cleansing of Serbs from Western Kosovo during the 1998-9 hostilities.
During that time, Haradinaj was field commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA).
