Public Transport Strike to Paralyze Sofia on May 14 — Buses, Trams, and Trolleybuses Halted for Eight Hours
On May 14, Sofia will face major transportation disruption due to a strike by ground public transport workers.
A hotel on a major boulevard in Bulgaria's capital Sofia became the latest target of armed robbers, police reported.
The robbery was committed late on Monday evening when armed men stole part of the available cash the hotel had.
The amount is estimated at BGN 500.
Nobody was hurt in the incident.
The hotel is located on "Cherni vrah" boulevard.
Police now are probing the case, and checking security cameras for possible leads.
