A Bulgarian prostitute was brutally killed in Northern Italy, as a local man stabbed her 27 times.
30-year-old Svetla Fileva was murdered early on Sunday in the town of Bolzano, the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency says, citing Italian media.
19-year-old Kevin Montolli has confessed to the ghastly murder, saying that he "acted in rage."
The man is currently in custody. Italian police authorities have contacted their Bulgarian colleagues in order to find the victim's relatives.
