Beer can rejuvenate the human organism and defeat stress, a team of Sofia-based scientists has stated.
However, beer should only be consumed in small quantities – up to one liter per day for men and half a liter per day for women, according to the scientists from the Bulgarian Institute of Cryobiology and Food Technology.
