`I asked Prof. Stoyan Dourin, president of the Licensed Expert Accountants Institute, his team to make an independent audit of the customs administration,` said for `Standart` the new director of the `Customs` Agency - Emil Dimitrov. `I required the State Finance Control Agency and the Audit Office also to revise the work of the customs,` he added. The changes to be further implemented in the `Customs` Agency aimed at improvement of its activity, will depend on the proposals of these three institutions. Emil Dimitrov has demanded the resignation of the three deputy-directors of the Agency - Dimitar Stoychev, Plamen Voikov and Angel Parvoulov. Plamen Voikov and Angel Parvoulov are discharged from office from yesterday by the order of Finance Minister Milen Velchev. Emil Dimitrov expects resistance of groupings against his future work. Yesterday he took part in a meeting between Finance Minister Milen Velchev and representatives of the mission of the European Commission for Bulgaria.
