Two Bulgarians have received gold medals at the International Linguistics Olympiad in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The 10th edition of the contest was held between July 29 and August 4.
The two gold medals, from a total of eight, went to Marin Ivanov and Kristian Kostadinov, both 18.
Magdalena Dalakeva won bronze, while another 4 Bulgarians received honorable mentions.
In the team contest, the gold went the US, the silver to the Netherlands, and the bronze – to Poland. Bulgaria is in the first 10th, which is deemed a great success as well.
