The Bulgarian Parliament is holding Friday a behind closed-doors hearing of senior security and intelligence officials in connection with the terror act in the Black Sea city of Burgas.

The Members of the Parliament voted to have a hearing of Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister, Tsvetan Tsvetanov, Foreign Minister, Nikolay Mladenov, the Director of the State Agency for National Security, DANS, Konstantin Kazakov, the Director of the National Intelligence Services, Dragomir Dimitrov, and the Director of the Military Intelligence, Veselin Ivanov.

The hearing has been included as an emergency item on the Parliamentary agenda after a meeting of the Parliament's leadership. It will be held behind closed doors over classified information and matters involving national security.

The July 18 terrorist attack in Bulgaria's Burgas, also known as the Burgas Bus Bombing, killed 5 Israeli tourists and a Bulgarian bus driver at the Sarafovo Airport. The main lead is that it has been executed by a suicide bomber, who arrived from abroad.
