We negotiate with three investors aspiring for the `Varna Shipyard`. These are: Bulgarian consortium between `Bulgaria Holding` and `Odesos` dockyard, the U.S.`Hawgan Marine Shipping` and the Swedish `Fisson Invest AB`, Vice-Premier Nikolay Vassilev said yesterday in Varna. IFC and the Europen Bank for Reconstruction and Development are also ready to finance individually, but only if a strategic investor in the plant would emerge, Vice-Premier elaborated. It turns that the U.S. `Hawgan Marine` had repeatedly shown interest in the shipyard, but was ousted, Vassilev revealed.
