Rightist Opposition Deputy Chair Resigns

The Deputy Chairman of the Union of Democratic Forces (UDF) Edvin Sugarev, former Bulgaria's ambassador to India, has resigned late on Monday. Sugarev handed his resignation to UDF leader Nadezhda Mihaylova. He explained his decision with personal reasons. Emanuil Yordanov was elected unanimously to replace Sugarev at the suggestion of Mihaylova. Yordanov is former Interior Minster at UtDF's second government and chairman of the UDF control commission.
