Jurist Petko Nikolov is the new head of the Supervisory Board of the Privatisation Agency. He was elected with consent at the first sitting of the Board. Between 1995 and 1996 the law office of Nikolov serviced Bulgartabac holding and Balkancar holding. The newly elected chair of the Supervisory Board was also a lawyer of the `Elenite` resort, which was privatized by the Workers-Managing Union. On July 20 the Supreme Administrative Court announced the deal illegal. Petko Nikolov is a member of the Jurists Council of the `Promiana` Union.
