EnergoService was established in 2005 with an initial legal registration as a Limited Liability Company.
Due to the high performance goals set for the company in 2008 EnergoService was reorganized as a Joint-Stock Company (AD) with 100% effectively paid up capital.
Since 2006 EnergoService maintains the world largest and most complex Computer Information and Control System "Ovation®" ever installed as well as the Radiation Monitoring Systems on Unit 5 and Unit 6 Ventilation Stack 1 and Ventilation Stack 2 and Auxiliary Building Ventilation Stack in Kozloduy NPP.
Thanks to the cooperation and partnership with Westinghouse Electric Company (USA) and APANTEC LLC (USA) EnergoService has completed successfully various projects related to the Ovation® and RMS system optimization.
EnergoService is an exclusive partner for supplying parts and components to leading firms such as Westinghouse Electric Company (USA) and APANTEC (USA). The services provided to all clients include – but are not limited to – supply and installation of equipment, spare parts and materials, providing spare parts during outages, as well as maintaining supplies in stock.
EnergoService has a contract with the Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant EAD for service and maintenance of computer information and control system "Ovation®" primary and secondary loop and Radiation Monitoring System (RMS) for the ventilation stacks of Units 5 and 6 and the Auxiliary building. This service guarantees the operability and functioning of the NPP systems. EnergoService is working actively with Westinghouse and APANTEC. "Ovation®" is a trademark of Emerson Process Management.
At the end of 2011, in cooperation with NUKEM Technologies GmbH, EnergoService successfully completed a project for meteorological certification of the Air Activity Monitoring System for aerosol and gas emissions into the environment (product of Thermo Fisher Scientific), installed in the Dry Storage Facility for Spent Nuclear Fuel at the Kozloduy NPP site.
Recently, EnergoService was awarded to represent products of Mirion Technologies, which are well known on the market with their brands MGP and RADOS.
EnergoService has a system for quality management and has been certified under ISO 9001:2008. This system is extremely efficient and flexible, and is constantly being adapted in accordance with the contracts that are being executed.
Over the past almost seven years since its founding, EnergoService has been developing constantly. The volume of work is growing, and the scope of activities is expanding – from a hardware and software support, the company is proceeding to providing solutions for more complex engineering tasks.

Corporate Social Responsibility
EnergoService employs 26 highly qualified specialists. Service engineers working with the Computer Information and Control System "Ovation®" have been specially trained and certified by Emerson (USA).
Each year the company invests in training programs for improving the qualification of its personnel; the funds spent on training in 2011 amounted to EUR 30 000.
EnergoService has established a tradition of awarding its employees for their contribution to the company in the following categories, "Engineer of the Year", "Most Progressing Junior Engineer of the Year", "Employee with the Highest Contribution to Quality". The nominations are determined based on a set of criteria in anonymous poll cards filled by all company employees.
EnergoService is very close to meeting the corporate social security standard – Social Accountability 8000. It pays immense attention not only to the training but also to the social benefits of its employees. The staff enjoys additional health insurance, food vouchers, transport funding, holiday premiums, and bonuses upon the completion of a project or a contract.
Following its policy for bringing benefits to the society, EnergoService has taken part in several charity campaigns – the company has donated funds in favor of children for the execution of the annual program of the United Nations Children's Fund UNICEF in Bulgaria; the United Children's Institution "Radost" in the town of Kozloduy; the Festival of Amateur Theaters in Kozloduy; the Association of Women in Nuclear Energy, the "Atomic" Swimming Club.
EnergoService AD is a full member of American Chamber of Comers in Bulgaria (AmCham) and Bulgarian Atomic Forum (BULATOM)
