Road Show Against Roma - Bulgarian Prejudices Kicks Off

"We dream together" is the motto of the road show that starts Monday in Bulgaria to prove that good understanding between minorities in Bulgaria can be a reality. A mixed Bulgarian-Roma football team the Danubian town of Lom will play in friendly games against local soccer teams in Vidin, Shumen, Sliven and Kurdzhali. After the games, the players, municipality and NGO officials, journalists and youth organizations will talk on the relations between minorities in the country. Each of the discussions will begin with the film "Together" about the mixed Bulgarian-Roma football team from . Elena Yontcheva is the producer of the series. "The Game" - the last of the six-series documentary film will be shown in hall "Festivalna" in Sofia on September 21. The national road show was organized by UNDP Bulgaria, Britain's Embassy in Sofia, foundation Roma - Lom and newspaper "Meridian Match."
