QUALITY OF THE SERVICE IN THE FOCUS OF TOURISM CONFERENCE

The Program Committee of "Bulgaria Dream Area", the International Tourism Conference (www.bulgariantourism.com) met for the first time on Friday. Seventeen members sit on the new body, Maxim Behar, co-organizer of the conference announced. Deputy Economy Minister, responsible for tourism, Dimitur Hadzhinikolov was elected to chair the committee. He said that the conference "Bulgaria Dream Area" should become a traditional event and proposed "quality" to be in the focus ofthe second conference.International experts will be invited as speakers to share their experience and help Bulgarian tourism entrepreneurs enhance the quality of the service was decided. The council also set a preliminary date for the conference that will probably take place from November 21 till November 23. Among the committee members are Donka Sokollova, chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Tour Operators, Iskra Yotsova, general director in the Economy Ministry, Hilton Sofia General Manager Armin Zerunyan, Blagoy Ragin, chairman of the Bulgarian Hotel & Restaurant Association and many other tourism experts. Last January the first "Bulgaria Dream Area" conference made for the greatest international tourism event in the country ever. Maxim Behar from the leading PR company M3 Communications Group, Inc. (www.m3bg.com) organizes the event together with former Nevada Governor Bob Miller and his colleague former Nevada Tourism Minister Thomas Tait. More that 320 companies attended the first tourism conference.
