HEMUS AIR DEAL MIGHT BE REVISED

The new Supervisory Board of the Privatization Agency will be summoned immediately after the promulgation of the parliament`s decision, said for Standart Daily Petko Nikolov, elected from the NMS II quota. The publication in the `State Gazette` is expected today. As early as at their first meeting, the supervisors are to elect a president and vice-presidents. Dimitar Bachvarov, former PA chairman and current member of the Supervisory Board, is looking forward to getting acquainted with his colleagues. To him, the Hemus Air sale`s contract is legal and can`t be challenged unless his colleagues find certain formal legal reason. The deal was approved on Thursday late in the evening by the hitherto supervisors and the protocol was submitted to the PA registrar`s office on Friday two hours before the parliament was to vote the fresh Supervisory Board.
