DASKALOV TO BE NEW BULGARIA`S AMBASSADOR TO EU

Former foreign minister Stanislav Daskalov will be Bulgaria`s new ambassador to the EU, sources from the Simeon II National movement said. He will replace Antoaneta Primatarova, who resigned after UDF lost the elections. She was also engaged in the pre-election campaign, sending a calumbiating letter to the participants in the `Bulgarian Easter`, who ran with the tickets of the King`s coalition. Daskalov was a Foreign Minister in the government of Lyuben Berov. He already gathers nominations for a chief negotiator with the EU. Lawyer Dragiya Dragiev is reportedly tipped for a chief secretary of the Council of Ministers. He`s a lawyer from the Sofia University, one of the co-authors of the State Empoyee Act.
