Bulgaria: Bulgaria Rattled by 3 Earthquakes in 15 Minutes Photo by BGNES

Three mild earthquakes were felt in Bulgaria Friday night within just a quarter of an hour.

The epicenters of all three earthquakes were in Southeastern Bulgaria near the city of Haskovo.

The first earthquake was registered at 8:32 pm local time, it had a magnitude of 2.9 on the Richter scale, according to the Seismology Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

The second one came at 8:44 pm, it reached a magnitude of 3.8 on the Richter scale, and was followed by a 3.1-magnitude earthquake at 8:47 pm.

There have been no reports of injuries or damages.
